Visit Frinton-On-Sea and the surrounding villages and stay in bed & breakfast accommodation:

Frinton-on-Sea, Essex. A select seaside resort developed at the end of the last century by Sir Richard Cooker, and famous for its sand and its fishing. Here may be seen one of the most famous examples of English domestic architecture of this century, The Homestead, built in 1905 by C. F. Voysey at the corner of Second Avenue and Holland Road. It is an unusual building with subtle differentiation of levels and fenestration, which, though modern in concept, are in the main tradition of English country building.

In the Church of Old St Mary are some panels of Morris stained glass designed by Burne-Jones and only recently presented to the church.
