Description

Little Leaf Guest House has 5 unique rooms, each one tailored to ensure that you have the most comfortable stay possible. There are 4 double rooms all en-suite and 2 have stunning, panoramic views of St Ives Harbour and the Atlantic Ocean.  In addition to the 4 double rooms, there is also a double/twin/triple room with a double and single bed and a full en-suite with bath.

Breakfasts are generous and use locally sourced ingredients, and there is a private terrace where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Every day we offer fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt, and fruit juices; followed by a full English breakfast. There is always one other hot dish for those who prefer variety and this changes daily. Vegetarian options are always available, and we will endeavour to accommodate all dietary requirements. Packed lunches and walkers teas are all available on request as well as picnic baskets.

All rooms at Little Leaf Guest House have tea and coffee making facilities. There are flat screen televisions with freeview, iPod dock, a hairdryer and a selection of toiletries in each room.  An iPad is also available for guest use and an iron and ironing board is available on request.  WE have a small licensed bar that sells a selection of wines, ales and soft drinks.  There is also a library of DVDs and books for you to use while staying and the painters among you can hire easels.

St Ives is the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall and everything you might want to see in the area is never very far away… that’s if you ever want to leave St Ives itself. We have books and insider secrets galore, and we’ll be more than happy to talk your ear off about all the things to do and places to go once you arrive

Little Leaf is not just a name it’s a philosophy.  We strive to mimimise energy usage and use local produce – investing in the community we love.
