Tovey Lodge offers 5 star deluxe B&B & a 4 star self catering cottage in our idyllic part of Sussex within the South Downs National Park. We are within a few miles of Glyndebourne & numerous National Trust & English Heratage properties. B&B guests have use of our indoor Swimming pool Sauna & Spa-hot-tub.

Maple Suite: Our best junior suite with spacious sitting area & giving panaramic views of The South Downs & our 3 acres of gardens. Good ensuite bathroom with drench shower and bath. Can be let for single, double, twin, tripple or quad occupancy.

Birch Suite: junior suite with good sitting area giving stunning views of The South Downs & our 3 acres of gardens. Truly spacious elegant ensuite bathroom. Can be let for single, double, twin, tripple or quad occupancy.

Oak Suite: Comfortable junior suite with good sitting area and great views of The South Downs & our 3 acres of gardens. Good ensuite bathroom with drench shower and bath. Can be let for single, double, or tripple occupancy

Ash Room: Generous double room ground floor with doors to our 3 acres of gardens. Nice ensuite bathroom with large walk-in drench shower. Can be let for single, twin, or tripple occupancy.

Poplar Room: Elegant ground floor double room. Good ensuite bathroom with drench shower and bath. Can be let for single, double, or twin occupancy

The Cottage: Delightful compact Cottage in our 3 acres of gardens with stunning views of the south Downs. Double bedroom with ensuite bedroom. Compact fully fitted kitchen. L shaped sitting room with dining area. 2 compact sofa beds can accomodate 2 more.
