Available on a "room only" basis, there is a wide range of restaurants etc, including full English and Continental breakfast (from 08.30 Fri-Sun, 09.00 Mon-Thurs) just 5 mins. walk away.

If guests also require a second bedroom, it may be possible to provide one in the main house (with own TV, coffee/tea facilities and own luxury, newly renovated bathroom)

The rooms are non smoking but there are ash trays on the table beside the garden seats which are available for guests. There is an attractive well stocked garden with mature trees which is a haven for nesting birds and is visited by many others including ducks, pheasants and wood peckers.

The delightful village of Fulbrook has a fine Norman Church and is a good centre for lovely country walks along the enchanting Windrush River. The historic town of Burford  is just 400 yards away.
