Kenilworth

Kenilworth Guest House is a grand four storey Victorian house built  in 1896. The building still has many of the original Victorian features though under our nine year ownership has been renovated, furnished and equipped to modern standards. 

We have  six double glazed and centrally heated en-suite bedrooms, offering king-size double, doubles, twin, family and single rooms. All of the bedrooms have the usual facilities - flat screen digital colour tv, towels, hairdryer, alarm clock, refreshmnet tray and wineglasses.

Unusually, we have retained our spacious ground floor guests' lounge with digital colour tv, DVD player and maps, guides and local information to help plan your stay.

Our hearty breakfasts are cooked to order and include locally made Cumberland sausage and free-range eggs delivered from the local farm. Vegetarian and lighter alternatives are available, with meat and non-meat items cooked and served separately. In addition there is orange juice, grapefruit and a selection of cereals to choose from, along with fresh toast and a plentiful supply of tea, coffee or herbal infusions.

We have three private parking spaces to the rear of the property and there is free parking on Holly Road and the local side roads.

We are a short two minute walk to the local shops and amenities and the station is only 8-9 minutes' walk or a short taxi ride away.

For everyone's safety and comfort we are completely non-smoking.

PLEASE NOTE, that because we do everything ourselves and do not employ staff or send our laundry out, we do not accept bookings for just one night due to the workload involved.
