One mile to the town centre for restaurants, shops, swimming pool, sports facilities, churches and other amenities. Many local attractions including NT properties (Waddesdon Manor, Hughenden Manor, Claydon House, Clivedon), theatres, cinemas, shopping and sports (Wycombe Wanderers and Aylesbury United FCs). Warm and friendly welcome but regret no pets.
