Description

Derrydene is situated in the heart of the historic village of Ditchling, which is now part of the South Downs National Park. Ditchling hosts two pubs, two restuarants,  a post office and newsagents.

We are approximately 1 mile from Ditchling Beacon, one of the best views in the South, and one of the stops if you are walking the Famous South Downs way. We are happy to pick walkers up from the Beacon and take you back in the morning (at no cost)

Our comfortable double room has lovely views over our garden to the South Downs. Facilities include en-suite shower room. The spacious bedroom has T.V, tea, coffee making facilities, and hair-drier. Price includes full English breakfast, vegetarian options also available, which can be served inside or out on the patio if requested.

At Derrydene you can enjoy breakfast overlooking our garden which is a haven for wild birds, we call it our aviary without a roof!
