We are located in the pretty market village of Sawbridgeworth, with easy access to Bishop's Stortford (4 miles) and Harlow (4 miles). M11, Cambridge and London are easily accessible.  Just two fields away from the Manor of Groves hotel and 5 minutes walk from Sawbridgeworth village centre. We are also just 10 minutes drive from Down Hall Hotel in Hatfield Heath. Less than 10 miles away from Stansted Airport and far enough away to not be affected by the aircraft noise. Fantastic views of the countryside and the sunsets over the fields. We aim to make our Bed and Breakfast feel like home from home. We are happy to pick you up from Sawbridgeworth train station if we are available and it is a reasonable time!  We can also arrange taxis if you require them.  English Communication tuition provided @ £15 per hour.  Special packages available for ladies holidaying alone - Julie can be your buddy for trips around the locality at £15 per hour plus expenses.

Single: Sharing a bathroom. We can put a put-you-up bed in this room which will be suitable for young children.
